If your Facebook posts show "—" in the views column, the most common reason is your Facebook Page follower count.
The 100 follower requirement
Meta only returns Page Insights data — including view counts — for Pages with 100 or more followers. This is a privacy restriction set by Meta, not a solnk limitation.
If your Page has fewer than 100 followers, Facebook will not report views for any post on that Page, regardless of how many people actually saw it.
How to check your Page follower count
- Open your Facebook Page on desktop or mobile
- Look at the follower count shown below the Page name
- If it's under 100, view counts won't appear in solnk
Note: followers, not post likes
The 100 threshold is based on total Page followers, not the likes on any individual post. A single post with 1,000 likes still won't show views if the Page itself has only 50 followers.
What to do
- Grow your Page to 100+ followers — once you cross the threshold, Meta will start returning view data on new posts automatically
- If you already have 100+ followers and still see "—", contact support
