Payment methods, invoices, and failed payments

How to update your payment method, download invoices, and fix failed payments.

All payments are securely processed through Stripe. We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and other major credit/debit cards.

How to update your payment method

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Update payment method
  3. Enter your new card details
  4. Save — future charges will use the new card

Downloading invoices

Go to Settings > Billing to view your billing history. Each payment has a downloadable invoice/receipt that you can use for expense reporting or tax purposes.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, solnk will:

  1. Send you an email notification
  2. Retry the charge automatically over the next few days
  3. If all retries fail, your account may be downgraded to the Free plan

To fix a failed payment, update your payment method in Settings > Billing. Once a valid card is on file, the charge will be retried.

Canceling your subscription

Go to Settings > Billing and click Cancel subscription. Your paid features remain active until the end of your current billing period. After that, your account reverts to the Free plan — your data is preserved, but you'll be limited to Free plan quotas.
