Why am I not seeing analytics data?

Troubleshoot missing or incomplete analytics data in your solnk dashboard.

There are several reasons analytics data may not appear in your dashboard.

You recently connected the account

Analytics require at least 24 hours after connecting an account before data starts appearing. solnk needs time to sync historical metrics from the platform.

Your account type doesn't support analytics

Some platforms only provide analytics for certain account types:

  • Instagram — Requires a Business or Creator account (personal accounts don't expose analytics via API)
  • Facebook — Only Pages have analytics, not personal profiles
  • TikTok — Requires a Business or Creator account

If you're using a personal account, switch to a business account on the platform and reconnect in solnk.

Insufficient permissions

During the OAuth authorization, you may not have granted all required permissions. Disconnect and reconnect the account, making sure to accept all permission requests during the authorization flow.

The post is too new

Post-level analytics (likes, comments, shares) for a new post may take up to 24 hours to start appearing. Platforms don't always report metrics in real time.

Analytics are on a paid plan

Post analytics, follower growth tracking, and per-account breakdowns are available on Pro and Premium plans only. If you're on the Free plan, upgrade to access analytics.

Still not seeing data?

Try these steps in order:

  1. Go to Connect Account and click the Refresh button to re-authorize
  2. Wait 24 hours for data to sync
  3. If data still doesn't appear, contact support with your account email and which platform is affected
