Free includes basic post metrics and the account summary shown in the publishing workflow. Pro and Premium unlock the full Insights workspace:
- Post performance — likes, comments, shares, and engagement rates for each post
- Follower growth — track how your audience grows over time across all connected accounts
- Per-account breakdown — see metrics for each individual social account
- Overview signals — best times, top performers, trends, and platform breakdowns when enough data exists
Platform APIs do not expose every metric uniformly. A dash means Solnk could not retrieve that metric; zero means the platform reported zero. See Why am I not seeing analytics data? for account requirements, delays, and platform differences.
X analytics uses a separate included allowance because each official API read has a cost. See X publishing limits and allowances for the current plan limits.
