If you just published a Pin and it shows 0 or "—" for views, that's usually not a bug — it's Pinterest's normal data generation delay.
Why the number can be delayed
Pinterest does not always return impressions immediately after a Pin is published. solnk's Pinterest refresh asks for the latest available analytics over the most recent 30-day window, but the newest day can still be incomplete while Pinterest processes it.
During this window, solnk will either show:
0— if Pinterest has returned zero impressions so far—— if Pinterest hasn't populated any analytics data for the Pin yet
This is a Pinterest platform behavior, not a solnk limitation.
What to do
- Wait for the next daily snapshot or request a refresh later
- Treat the newest day's value as provisional while Pinterest is still processing it
- The current solnk refresh window covers the most recent 30 days
If Pinterest's native analytics shows impressions but solnk still shows "—" after a later refresh, contact support with the Pin URL.
